So, Easter has come and gone, yeah? – and I can guess a lot of you went down strong on the food ehn? – LOL. And I bet now you are feeling so guilty you can’t even admit it to yourself right? …HAHAHA – Relax … Calm down .. Don’t beat yourself up …

… here are my best 6 hacks to cleanse after … well, such a naughty behavior – LOL

  1. DRINK WARM WATER WITH LEMON

Begin your day with warm lemon water and sip it throughout the day. Warm lemon water alkalizes your body, revs up your metabolism, and curbs cravings throughout the day.

  1. DRINK LOTS OF WATER

Hydration cannot be stressed enough at times like this — consuming enough water is essential to help your liver and kidneys flush out toxins.

  1. DRINK LOTS OF GREEN TEA

Try sipping on warm green tea before and after meals to keep your metabolism and digestive fire strong. It is loaded with polyphenols, which functions as powerful antioxidants. One of the most powerful compounds in green tea is the antioxidant epigallocatechin gallate (CGCG) which is great for cleansing one’s body from impurities and toxins.

  1. DITCH THE CAFFEINE

Like a bad habit that is *smiles* … Stay away for a bit since the caffeine interferes in the body’s process of absorbing nutrients.

  1. DITCH THE ALCOHOL

Again – For a bit .. since alcohol actually gets easily absorbed into the blood stream and affects every part of the body.
