Today the 14th of may 2016, residents of the Ikeja (Lagos, Nigeria) metropolis and its environs came out en mass to hangout with the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) SQUAD at the Ikeja City Mall Alausa.
This event is the biggest workout hangout in Lagos. With Zumba Sessions, and pockets of core HIIT workouts that left participants sweating. I personally burnt 1100cals – yeah beibee! It was hawt! The event was sponsored by medplus, Nike, Valmont water, amongst others. Julius Agwu was there and even had a go at training the crowd – lol .
